Coverage questions
Travel is factored into the quote, so a London or Barrie site may price differently than a Barrie One. It's built into the fixed monthly figure there are no separate travel line items appearing later.
Usually yes, especially if it's near a route we already run. Call with the address and we'll tell you honestly whether we can service it properly we'd rather decline than overstretch and do it badly.
Within the core service area, typically under two hours for flood, spill or security related callouts. Outside the core it depends on distance and time of day, and we'll tell you a realistic window when you call.
Snow and salting are route based, so coverage is tighter than our general service area. Get in touch early in the season routes fill up before the first snowfall.
